Wildfire is a classic steakhouse built on craft, not shortcuts. We hand-cut our steaks in-house and take care of people like they’re family—because that’s the point.
Our story
Wildfire began in 1998 with a simple idea: bring the energy of a true steakhouse to Niagara—bold flavours, a real night out, and standards you can taste. More than 25 years later, we’ve grown and evolved, but the essentials have never changed: pride in the cooking, genuine hospitality, and quality that earns trust.
What sets Wildfire apart is the work you don’t always see. Every steak starts in-house, where our chefs inspect, hand-cut, and butcher with care—no pre-cut portions, no shortcuts—then finish each cut with precision.
The result is simple: a refined steakhouse experience that stays warm, personal, and grounded—so everyone leaves happy and wants to come back.
Driven by passion
Wildfire is driven by people who truly care—about the cut, the cook, and the guest. With a loyal core team and decades of experience behind the scenes, we treat every detail like it matters, because it does: the way your steak is prepared, the timing of the service, the way you’re welcomed, and how you feel when you walk out the door. Passion isn’t a slogan here—it’s the standard we hold ourselves to, night after night.
A great steak is only half the story. The other half is genuine hospitality—warm, attentive, and handled with care.
Throughout all of the changes, we’ve stayed committed to what lasts: great food, great service, and real quality.
